Oscar De La Hoya and Ryan Garcia have started an online spat. The Promoter and boxer duo have been exchanging jabs online at each other. Garcia was the one who started this whole fiasco after making some remarks about La Hoya. And, if there’s one thing we know about the Golden Boy, it’s that he doesn’t back down easily. This feud between the two has attracted the attention of many fans and left the fans and personalities from the boxing world confused over the same. Amid the back-and-forth exchanges between the two, the CEO of Mayweather Promotions has pitched in on the interaction.
Leonard Ellerbe recently took to his Twitter to take a dig at Oscar De La Hoya for calling the Gervonta Davis fight a “setup.” Ellerbe and La Hoya had exchanged jabs before leading up to and during the Davis Vs. Garcia fight. The animosity between Garcia and the 50-year-old has raised a lot of questions among the fans.

Leonard Ellerbe VS Oscar De La Hoya
La Hoya tried to give a reality check to Garcia about the Davis fight. And claimed that with the rehydration clause, the fight was a setup for him to lose. But, it seems like his claim did not sit well with the CEO of Mayweather Promotions, who was not hesitant to slam him.
Ellerbe sided with Garcia. And claimed that he wasn’t lying. The 57-year-old claimed that Garcia fought with the “best fighter” and made “life-changing” money which is opposite to the setup claim. Mayweather Promotions CEO further wanted to know if Golden Boy is aware of what he has been saying.
Why you mad he ain’t lying. Ryan lost to the best fighter in boxing and made life changing money and that’s a setup? Bro you know how crazy that sounds? You are really embarrassing yourself and your company. I got a lil time 2day I will drag yo ass w receipts. You need to chill https://t.co/IQ2BBoED4A

Ellerbe believes that La Hoya is embarrassing himself and his company with all his claims. He was even willing to show La Hoya the receipts from the fight. But, unfortunately, he didn’t have much time. It is safe to say that the 57-year-old knows how to respond back with a touch of sarcasm.
