It looks like Peso Pluma, a Mexican Music Icon, will join the likes of these hip-hop artists with his new single that will be released on December 5th. Peso Pluma’s New Single

On Thursday, Elie Seckbach, a prominent boxing insider and journalist, took to his ‘X’ and shared an interesting fact about Pluma’s upcoming song. Seckbach has been following Gervonta Davis’ career since the beginning through ESNews and delivers exclusive content related to the Baltimore native.

Seckbach wrote, “Peso Pluma is joining the likes of Jay-Z Drake and Lil Baby who have Gervonta Davis in their music,” stating that the Mexican icon will be the fourth hip-hop artist to either namedrop or dedicate a song to the 30-0 boxer.

Pluma’s upcoming single is titled “Gervonta” and features Tank falling from the sky as the cover. Pluma has been a long-time fan of Tank and was even at the ringside when the Baltimore resident faced Frank Martin earlier this year. Jay-Z, one of the biggest hip-hop artists, is one of the biggest fans of Tank and he has made it obvious on multiple occasions. His speech helped the Baltimore native secure a victory against Ryan Garcia last year. Furthermore, the 55-year-old artist namedropped the boxer during a concert earlier this year. He sang, “I’m just watching TANK box em up!” to send the boxing world into a frenzy.

American rapper Lil Baby has also name-dropped the boxer on several occasions. He has twice been beside Gervonta Davis during Tank’s walkout against Mario Barrios in 2021 and Yuriorkis Gamboa in 2019.
