With exhibitions being the hottest trend in the boxing space, a lot of celebrities/YouTubers wish to square off with Mike Tyson. ‘Iron’ Mike ended a lengthy hiatus and made his return in an exhibition fight in 2020. As he looked impressive, fans want to see him box against the likes of Jake Paul or Logan Paul.
More than anyone, the casual boxing lovers want to see the Tyson vs Jake Paul contest. News surfaced that this fight would supposedly be worth $100 million. However, on the Full Send Podcast, Tyson opened up on the reality of this $100 million contest.
‘The Baddest Man On The Planet’ said, “It was all word of mouth and stuff, I don’t know.”

Tyson further added, “I’m not even interested in doing the stuff. I’m just fine. If it was back on when it first started, yes, we were both fighting in the same card. We both actively would do it. But it just turned into, it just turned into bad.”

Jake Paul, who has only had professional fights, is only keen on competing in professional bouts in the future as well. This could prove to be a major stumbling block to a Paul vs Tyson fight as ‘Iron’ Mike may not want/be allowed to compete professionally at the age of 55.

Will Mike Tyson ever fight again?
Mike Tyson’s fight with Roy Jones Jr. attracted 1.6 million PPV buys. This fight was a success, and the event turned out to be one of the biggest of all time. After that, Tyson came in the news many times for his next potential exhibition.

However, everything was just rumors and talks. Also, earlier this week, ‘Iron’ Mike revealed that he isn’t interested in fighting anymore.
