Imagine this: 220-pound Mike Tyson is charging straight at you at full speed! Terrifying. Isn’t it? Well, that’s what Jake Paul is in for when they face each other on July 20 at the AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas. Meanwhile, Tyson even shared a glimpse of what it would look like on social media hours earlier today.

Turning to X, the ‘Baddest Man on the Planet,’ training to channel his former self, shared a clip from his training camp. From the looks of it, he was working on his speed as he ran down from one end of a room to another like a raging bull, trying to launch his prey in the air. However, that wasn’t the “terrifying” part of the tweet, at least not for the fans.

Tyson’s ageless threat to Jake Paul

The real threat was in the caption! The 57-year-old (soon-to-turn-58) former heavyweight champion wrote to Paul, “I’m coming for you,” as the post radiated palpable malice. It might not be enough to send Jake Paul packing, leaving his millions behind. But it was enough for fans to realize that age is the limit people have set for him. For Tyson, it’s merely a number.

The same is especially evident from all the training clips Tyson has been sharing in the lead-up to the fight. Regardless, the latest tweet seems to have had a significant impact on the fans. So, people quickly raided the comments to bask in the possibility of Tyson knocking Paul’s head off when the night finally arrives.

Fan speculates Mike Tyson could have been an excellent “running back”

As if the Tyson vs. Paul fight wasn’t getting enough attention, Tyson’s latest post kicked things into high gear just for people to wonder what would happen on fight night. Seeing Tyson’s agility at the age of 57, one fan wondered how fast a young Mike Tyson would have been. The user even suggested that if Tyson really wanted to, he could have become a hell of a Division 1 running back in the NFL.

Another user seemed to be picturing Tyson running at him like in the video, so the user came clean by saying he wouldn’t want Tyson to run at him like that. The truth is, no one would want Tyson to run at them like that unless they had a death wish.

Someone else compared regular people with Tyson, although it’s a bit unfair. The user suggested that most men in the world look worse than Tyson when they are nearing 60.

The next user asserted that Tyson isn’t the fastest guy in the world. However, if he decided to run at someone, like in the clip, anyone would run away with their tail between their legs.

While everyone else seemed terrified of Tyson’s speed, this user wasn’t convinced. The user highlighted that nobody should have to fight at the age of 58, not even Tyson. Practically, the user isn’t wrong! There are potential dangers for Tyson’s health if something goes wrong during the fight.

If these comments are any evidence, Jake Paul should be getting ready for the biggest threat of his career. Forget Nate Diaz, Tommy Fury, or whoever else Paul has fought to date; Mike Tyson is and will be his biggest challenge. Do you agree? What do you think about the clip? Would you be scared if Tyson was running at you?
