Mike Tyson is a legendary boxing figure who has experienced it all. The Kid Dynamite had quickly grown to be a huge international icon. People still re-watch his matches over and over, because the boxer brought a completely different energy to the ring. Because of his distinctive fighting style, he is one of the greatest boxers that ever lived. Currently, Tyson continues to keep up with the sport even after he stopped competing.

While talking to Rosie Perez on his podcast show Hotboxin with Mike Tyson, the two engaged in a conversation about the Teofimo Lopez and Vasyl Lomachenko fight. Perez asked, “Did you think it was a fluke that he lost to Teofimo Lopez, or was it the issue about that he ripped his rotator cuff?”
Tyson replied, “Well listen um that’s just excuses he just got over fought he just out fought him he [Lopez] was smarter he was stronger than him [Lomachenko]. Everybody has excuses when they lose. No one has excuses that they won, but when you get this level of the game, only the smartest win.”

The veteran boxer feels that Lopez’s victory was not a fluke, but it was a deserved win because of Lopez’s smartness and power.

A small kid from Brooklyn who had a difficult childhood, was bullied, and didn’t get proper parenting, and turned out to become one of the greatest boxers of all time. Tyson turned into a professional boxer at the age of 18 in the year 1985. Following that, there was no turning back for him. At just 20 years old, the boxer had become the youngest heavyweight champion. After that, he went on to floor giants and monsters to the ground.

Apparently, Rogan believes that Tyson, in his prime, was the most indestructible and ruthless fighter. He further adds that no other fighter who ever lived could defeat Tyson in his prime. Most would agree with this assessment.
