Mike Tyson has been through some serious transitions over the years of his success, failure, and resurgence to the mainstream audience. Having seen the rise and fall of his own, ‘Iron’ has left a lot of his desires, which he relished during his peak years. Mike Tyson used to pet wild tigers, which he no longer does. Aged 55, he now appears a philanthropist who understands the core value of life.
That said, Mike Tyson was also fond of supercars and had many of them when he was reigning inside the boxing ring. From Lamborghini to Mercedes, he had it all. That said, one of Mike Tyson’s Mercedes models recently got sold but at the fraction of its original price.

Per reports, Tyson purchased the Mercedes-Benz 500 SL AMG in 1990 for a whopping $85K. However, the model got re-sold on eBay with the winning bid at $10,600. According to the advertiser, who put it on sale, the car was gold painted. But former pictures reflect it to be silver colored. Besides, Mike Tyson’s name adds more value to the model, which is now owned by someone else.

Per findings, Tyson purchased the car after suffering his maiden pro defeat against Buster Douglas in 1990. Losing his world championship status, ‘Iron’ resurrected himself brilliantly from then. During that time, the Mercedes-Benz 500 SL AMG carried ‘The Baddest Man On The Planet’ for several years.
Well, it was one of the many cars that Tyson had in his garage. These massive expenditures cost Tyson a lot as he was declared bankrupt in 2003. Mike Tyson fought a few more times after that, just to revive his financial condition.

Mike Tyson rebounded from the doom
‘Iron’ is back to making money and appears to be financially safe at this point. He has his own merchandise and has his own HotBoxin Podcast. Besides, Tyson earned a hefty payday in 2020 when he returned to an exhibition scrap against Roy Jones Jr. Amid several tasks to look at, Tyson still hasn’t lost his love for the sport of boxing.

He can return and has spun several rumors of his potential comebacks. So, it’s safe to state that Mike Tyson still holds the global popularity that he had back in his prime years. And that doesn’t seem to fade away anytime soon.
