Mike Tyson’s Boxing Return Inches Closer as Trainer Gives Exciting Update

The 55-year-old, Mike Tyson, has a great fan following even after retiring from professional boxing. He made a comeback to the ring after a span of 15 years against Roy Jones Jr. Now, Rafael Cordeiro, who coached Tyson, recently gave a piece of exciting news on Tyson’s return. 

In an interview with The Schmo, Rafael Cordeiro shared some of his views on Tyson and his magnificent performance throughout his career. He also gave a hint about Tyson’s return during the discussion.

While talking about ‘Kid Dynamite,’ he said, “He’s mental. Man, he’s the kind of the guy, he have a lot of wars on his life. You know not just inside the ring but outside the ring.”

He added, “He all does battle that have make Mike who he is today, and…he’s going to be ready to fight in the future for sure. He do a lot of, maybe he signed for some show to some another fight. We have some names, some… guys then he fought in the past.”

With these statements, Cordeiro praised Tyson and his career. In addition, he also assured about Mike Tyson’s return to the boxing ring, but he did not reveal the name of his probable opponents. 

Last appearance of Mike Tyson in the ring 

In 2020, Mike Tyson amazed the boxing fans when he showed up in the ring against ‘Captain Hook’ in an exhibition fight. Both the fighters fought well and match the expectations of the audience.

The competition went so close that the fight ended in a draw. In the end, the crowd applauded both the fighters for their sporting spirit and for their excellent efforts, which they portrayed in the ring. According to the reports on celebrity net worth, both the veterans earned around $10 million from this fight.
