At the age of 56, Mike Tyson is actively involved in hosting his podcast show, Hotboxin’ with Mike Tyson. NFL player Sebastian Joseph-Day also appears on the show as a co-host. Interestingly, the NFL star was recently asked how to beat Tyson in boxing.
Sebastian went on to say, “If you need to fight him, I would say honestly, to keep your distance. Just use your range, jabs, more jabs, because you know, he’s a shorter guy, so he like gets you like in, like it was in there. And he hits one of them shots. So yeah, just use your lane. Use your lane, use your reach, these straight jabs, just keep him away from you.”
It’s safe to say that the co-host of Tyson’s show made some reasonable and somewhat accurate points. Even one punch from ‘Iron Mike’ inside the ring was enough to knock out his opponents across the canvas. So keeping your distance from him throughout the fight can work to your advantage.
