Former world heavyweight champion Mike Tyson truly is one of the most recognizable faces in the boxing world. Tyson has also had a roller coaster of life with an equal share of highs and lows. Meanwhile, rapper Juicy J recently shared his thoughts after watching the series about Tyson’s life.

Hulu had released a miniseries based on Tyson’s life, titled, ‘Mike’. The series saw Trevante Rhodes essaying the role of Tyson, while Harvey Kittel played Tyson’s trainer and father figure, Cus D’Amato.

Over the course of eight episodes, the series detailed the former champ’s meteoric rise to fame. And the wild and turbulent life outside the ring.

Coming from humble beginnings and a rough childhood, Tyson had a hard time managing his newfound fame and money. Especially after D’Amato’s death. Moreover, a series of failed relationships only added fuel to the fire.

Juicy J, who recently saw the series, shared his thoughts on Tyson’s life. He stated that money, his addiction to coc*ine, and the deceitful people around Tyson were the main reasons behind his tribulations.

The rapper further added that it was commendable that Tyson was able to turn his life around. And in turn, become a role model to the people who look up to him.

Mike Tyson slams Hulu for the series

It seems like ‘The Baddest Man on The Planet’ was not too happy that Hulu was making a series on his life. And he was quick to voice his thoughts in an interview soon after.

Notably, Tyson had previously slammed the series over a slew of tweets and an Instagram post. Access later invited him for an interview. Talking about the series, Tyson said, “It’s just a really disgusting feeling that people here steal your rights, your personal life and you can do nothing about it. And that’s why I just can’t believe this.”

Tyson also mentioned that the makers were his former friends who decided to do a movie on him.
