Nutrition is a big aspect of not just an athlete’s life but anyone who endeavours healthy living. Ali has been a professional athlete herself and hails from a boxing family. As per Bonappetit, the daughter of the legendary boxer revealed what her diet looked like alongside her training set-up when she was competing.
She stated, “I ate vegetables, salads, and foods that were full of water. And then the day of the fight, sometimes you would get a workout in, and go sit in the sauna, but you definitely wouldn’t be drinking anything. You would kinda really be dehydrated. So, that’s not healthy, right?”
