Nico Ali Walsh remained undefeated in his second professional appearance, with an immediate return to action after a successful debut in August. The 21-year-old took on James Wesley II, who had a similar 1-0 record. This cited a close in-ring scrap between the surging middleweight stars.

However, the four-round fight ended in two. Walsh knocked down his opponent with brilliant combinations and earned a successful technical knockout win. He planted a slick 1-2 combination, which fell right on his opponent’s chin. As the round ended at that stage, there was no returning for James Wesley II.

In a span of two months, Ali Walsh, who has earned both his wins via stoppage, currently has a 100% KO ratio. This reflects a massive beginning to his pro career. Meanwhile, as the middleweight division will always offer him a lot of challenges, Ali Walsh will look to vanquish them all. While this may be his last appearance in 2021, the youngster shall return in early 2022.

Representing the Ali-clan, Nico Ai Walsh has been blessed with fame from the very beginning of his career. It can also be an added pressure for him to perform every time. However, the youngster seems to be aware of handling pressure.

After Evander Holyfield’s son scored a KO in the undercard of Herring vs Stevenson, all the eyes were on Nico Ali Walsh. That said, Ali didn’t lose his eye for technical boxing.
