Claressa Shields shares food for thought
Shields, on top of her active participation in X, do not shy away from being candid. Recently, pop star Doja Cat shared a video of herself being on a rampage with a unique dance. The video also made rounds on the internet as she had a very explicit get-up, to say the least. Shields took notice of the same and claimed that her trolls probably behave like the pop star. On X, she stated, “How girls be fighting me on here”

Moreover, the Doja Cat’s viral video ignited several distinct reactions. A user shared an opinion of a man who found such behavior to be “degenerate.” And the fact that there is a market for females to share explicit videos is a shame for the community.
Sheilds share honest opinion of modern social media culture
Meanwhile, Sheilds could not have been in more agreement with him and cites an example. According to her, she would be more popular if she shared explicit videos of herself than being one of the greatest female boxers of all time.
Referring to the fan comment on Doja Cat’s video, she stated, “He not lying, As great as I am, and accomplished in boxing. Let me put on a thong and start doing & saying outrageous things, I’d be the biggest household name ever by tomorrow! My boxing career would be just a memory”
