Mike Tyson, the former two-time world heavyweight champ has many things to offer. He gathered enormous experience in life living through the dark phases of his life en route to reaching the pinnacle of boxing. However, the former champ believes if someone wants to learn something from him then he should learn about adversity. His adamant attitude in not giving up has always pushed him out of difficult situations.

Recently, while discussing with his old friend Fat Joe, Tyson reflected on his fighting instinct.

When Joe claimed that he sees Tyson’s reflection in him. Basically, he was talking about Tyson’s impact on others.

Intercepting Joe in the middle, Tyson replied, “You Know, what you learn from me if anything. You learn adversity. Adversity makes the weak, weak and the strong, strong. I never um my head was bloody, but it was never bowed. I keep fighting, I just not gonna. I’m not gonna do that. I’m never gonna give up. That’s just not who I am that’s just not.”

Tyson has proved in several stages of his life that he is not only a hero in the boxing ring but also a real-life warrior, who never gives up no matter what situation he comes across. During his prime days of boxing, he was sentenced to 6 years of imprisonment. After being in jail for three years, he came back and again reigned as the world heavyweight champ. This is the spirit for which Tyson is among one of the most celebrated champions of all time.

Tyson has hit rock bottom several times and survived through it.

How is Mike Tyson doing now?

The 56-year-old is aging. His body has begun reflecting wear and tear of his boxing days. He is no more a fighter, who trained day and night. After being spotted in a wheelchair, his health was a big concern.

Before this, ‘The Baddest Man on Planet’ made a statement on regarding mortality in his podcast. Later, he was found dealing with severe nerve injury.

The sequence of these events caused quite a stir.

However, as of now, it seems he has made progress. And was even seen back in the ring with his trainer.
