Ryan Garcia and Issac Cruz are currently feuding all over social media and can end up locking horns somewhere down the line. Following a long hiatus since his win over Luke Campbell, Garcia wants to test himself against ‘Pitbull’ in his comeback fight. That said, Cruz recently delivered a strong performance against Gervonta Davis and took ‘Tank’ to the distance.
Although Cruz failed to win, he made Gervonta Davis look vulnerable in the ring. Now, Garcia wants to have his shot at such a challenge, and his father, Henry Garcia, has complete faith in his son. Per Henry, his son’s right-hand injury is still not fully recovered. But they expect it to be fine shortly and are confident about beating Issac Cruz if offered a chance.

In a chat with ES NEW, Ryan Garcia’s father predicted the outcome of the fight, saying, “Just like I told you about Duno. You know everybody was saying, he is a power puncher, he is this and that. And then I told you, I said but I have been in the amateur for so many years. I have never even heard of Duno. So, I am gonna say the same thing, I never even heard of Pitbull.”
“But you know yeah, I like what he did. I am not gonna take that away from him. He is a warrior but my son is awesome. He is a superstar”

Garcia fought Romero Duno in 2019, a lightweight star who was on a 12-fight win streak back then. But Garcia wiped him out in 98 seconds and shocked the world. Henceforth, his father has a firm belief in ‘KingRy’.
