WATCH: Canelo Alvarez Shows off Lighting Fast Jab to Golden State Warriors Star Stephen Curry

WBO Light heavyweight champion Canelo Alvarez can be seen shadow boxing with NBA champion Stephen Curry in a recent post. The video release came via ESPN Ringside and sees the Mexican boxer showing off his insane hand-speed. The two elite athletes are seen together with several onlookers at the base of a Golf course.

The boxer has a well-documented sense of humor that has been an endearing feature to combat sports fans. Additionally, the three-time NBA championship point guard is no stranger to elite talent given his acumen on the hardwood court.

Canelo Alvarez and Stephen Curry: A brief history

The 56-fight veteran has been a colossal force under the bright lights of the ring ever since his amateur days. Alvarez holds 36 knockouts so far as a career professional. The orthodox boxer has been on a tear over the last few years of his career after being the first man to defeat Gennady ‘GGG’ Golovkin.

His ferocity and ability to cover the distance has led him to be a top tier fighter throughout his career. Not to mention, his affinity for dropping opponents with crippling body shots has made him a fan favorite.
