Jake Paul squared off inside the ring against Woodley in December 2021. During the fight, the latter allegedly lifts and puts Paul to the ground, which is an illegal move in boxing. While the former UFC champ was on the show, he tried to explain the takedown.

What is next for Jake Paul?

‘The Problem Child’ was supposed to fight British boxer Tommy Fury on August 6th, at the Madison Square Garden in New York City. However, the latter pulled out of the fight and Hasim Rahman Jr. came as a replacement. But even that fight got canceled.

Furthermore, UFC legend Anderson Silva got his boxing license from Arizona, and now he will go up against Paul. On October 29th, the two will square off in the ring. The American is often trolled for not facing a “real fighter”, but this time he has a chance to prove his mettle. The Brazilian fighter is one of the most iconic figures of the UFC, and he could certainly pose a threat.

However, Paul’s young age might be a deciding factor in the contest. Silva is 47 years old, which might slow him down in front of Paul. The excitement for the fight is increasing by the day. Only time will tell how this fight plays out.

On the other hand, Paul is also facing allegations from Eddie Hearn and Matchroom boxing for making false accusations about fight fixing. Apparently, Paul claimed Hearn paid judge Glenn Feldman for the Oleksandr Usyk vs. Anthony Joshua fight. Also, he said that the same judge was there during the Amanda Serrano vs. Katie Taylor fight.
