According to Michael Benson of talkSPORT, “Floyd Mayweather’s exhibition fight vs Don Moore is going ahead tomorrow after all. Event will no longer take place on the helipad at the top of the Burj Al Arab in Dubai though and has instead been moved to an arena in Abu Dhabi.”
Why was the exhibition bout of Floyd Mayweather canceled?
After months of uncertainty, the exhibition contest between ‘The Pretty Boy’ and his former sparring partner, ‘Dangerous’ Don Moore, was scheduled for May 14 at an interesting location. Mayweather was returning to the ring after a year, so his fans were eager to see the former undefeated champ once again in the ring.
This was the first event of Mayweather in the middle east which was supposed to be organized for a very limited crowd. The hype for the showdown was pretty intense.

After the cancellation of the fight, the Global Titans, the promoter of the event, announced the postponement of the mega-event.
What did Mayweather say about the cancellation of the bout?
