Ryan Garcia’s promoter, Oscar De La Hoya, put up an Instagram story where he called out Davis for a but with KingRy. He said, “The bottom line is we want to make the fight happen. Tank Davis, have your people call my people, or my people will call your people. It should be on showtime and DAZN because they are the broadcasting partners for each individual, it’s only fair. And we can stage it in Las Vegas, easy as that let’s go.”

Ryan Garcia calls out Gervonta Davis soon after his latest victory

Even before his fight with Javier Fortuna, Ryan Garcia was eager and confident to fight Tank. He even mentioned about fighting him while talking in press conferences. Furthermore, after the 23-year-old defeated his recent opponent, he told the media, “I’m not going back down to 135 for nothing, but I will fight Tank next. If Tank wants that at 140. I’m gonna record all the negotiations so you guys don’t make no headlines saying I’m ducking. If he want it, let’s get it.”

He certainly has no plans to fight any other boxer next, other than the Baltimore prodigy. He stated that he is going to record all the negotiations so that nobody can blame him or make headlines that he ducked.
