Hollywood actor Sylvester Stallone has forever been synonymous with the ‘Rocky’ franchise. Sly has been featured in six ‘Rocky’ movies along with side roles in the ‘Creed’ franchise. However, it seems that this was the last time fans got to see Stallone in the ‘Rocky’ verse after it was revealed that he won’t be featuring in the latest edition of the franchise, Creed 3. The director and star of the movie Michael B. Jordan., who plays the role of ‘Adonis Creed’, stated that the story now needs to progress without Stallone and focus more on the character of Adonis.

However, the fans weren’t too happy with this decision as they came out multiple times asking for Stallone to be brought back into the franchise. Despite this, it looks like Sly and the ‘Rocky’ crew have parted ways for the time being. Moreover, the latest poster of the movie was also recently revealed with Jordan alongside, Jonathan Majors who will play the antagonist, ‘Damien Anderson’.

The poster showed the two main characters of the story facing off, with the official date of the release also being announced. The movie will release on 3rd March and is looking like it might just be a blockbuster hit. “Adonis & Dame face off in #Creed3. In theaters 3/3/23,” the caption read.

However, the fans feel that someone’s presence is still missing from the movie, Stallone. In addition, they were also quick to slam and dismiss the movie without Sly as they reacted to this poster.

One fan stated that he will pass over this movie because Stallone was not in it.

Another fan demanded that Stallone be paid by the producers to feature in the film.

A fan also claimed he would boycott this movie after Stallone’s mistreatment by the producers of the movie.

Moreover, one fan was a little worried about how the movie would perform without Stallone and a Ludwig score.

The fans were certainly not happy that Stallone was cut out from the franchise. However, the relationship between him and the producers of the movie has reached a breaking point. This means that it is now up to Jordan to carry the legacy of this iconic franchise and see that its successes match its predecessors.

Despite this, there is still something about Stallone that fans feel cannot be replaced by anyone. This is the reason why they are even adamant about giving this movie a chance if Stallone is not in it.
