This weekend, Billy Joe Saunders will confront the resilient Canelo Alvarez in a sheer 12-round tussle. The duo will fight each other out for the unified super-middleweight championship, thus looking to claim a win in this thunderous clash.

The boxing community and fighters have taken sides in two parts for this clash.

That said, ‘The Gypsy King’ is rooting for his fellow countryman, Billy Joe Saunders, in this fight. Additionally, he issued a warning to Saul Alvarez’s team and asked them to play fair in this epic collision.

In a video released by 10 PM Curfew Lefty on Twitter, Fury is seen hitting giant verbal shots. He said, “You know I just got on the phone with Billy Joe and seems like they’re trying a lot of tricks here in Texas, with him.”

“Just wanna say, you can try all the tricks in the motherf***ing world. You ain’t gonna beat Billy Joe. Play fair guys, play f***** fair now,” he added

Ever since this fight has got announced, Tyson Fury made his stand clear on supporting Billy Joe Saunders. In fact, a few days back, he took a dig at Saunders promoter, Eddie Hearn, and lashed out at the latter for not promoting ‘Superb’ effectively.

This time, the WBC heavyweight champ mocked Canelo Alvarez and his team. He even asserted that despite all the tactics played by Canelo, he wouldn’t be able to able to defeat Billy Joe Saunders on May 8.

Saunders is an undefeated prospect in the stacked 168-pound division.

Until now, he’s proven his class, thus overpowering every opponent from his pathway. However, fighting out Canelo Alvarez won’t be so easy as the Mexican boxer holds the experience of the world while coming into this fight.
