Canelo Alvarez defeated John Ryder in his homecoming match via a dominant unanimous decision. Alvarez has successfully retained his titles; proving once again, that he is a class apart in the super-middleweight division. Despite being widely regarded, Alvarez has failed to impress Demetrius Andrade. Andrade is a 35-year-old undefeated fighter fighting out of the United States and has been a world champion in the middleweight division. He has been trying to get Alvarez’s attention for the longest time. And during a post-fight press conference, he had a heated argument with the Mexican boxer that went viral.

However, Alvarez has not shown any interest in fighting him. However, that is not stopping the 35-year-old boxer to continue critiquing the super middleweight champion and gunning for a fight with him. However, the fans made sure to make their reactions public and call out Andrade over his remarks on Alvarez.
