Last week, it was reported that Mike Tyson and Logan Paul will lock horns in an exhibition bout in February 2022. But until now, neither side has confirmed this news from their end. However, this news spread like a wildfire among the fight fraternity, and fans already began drawing comparisons between the two.

On one side, there are casual lovers of the sport who are interested in watching how this fight plays out. But boxing purists and promoters like Eddie Hearn do not really wish to see the young gun and former heavyweight icon collide.

Hearn, recently, was in an interview with True Geordie. Here, he spoke about this fight and even shed some light on Paul’s fight with Floyd Mayweather.

He said, “I prefer that to Floyd, and Logan is called absolutely a load of bollocks. I thought what, you got a pound for pound great again to blow the, I mean, you know not calm, quiet but like it was it was horrible, horrible to watch.”

“Tyson and it (Logan Paul) shouldn’t happen, but at least like I would at least want to find out what happened in that fight. I hold my hands up.”

Floyd Mayweather and Logan Paul’s scuffle filled the YouTuber-turned boxer with paramount confidence. This fight went the distance and Paul somehow withstood ‘TBE’s wrath. Hence, ‘The Maverick’ feels he is ready to take on the hotshots of the sport to help elevate his position in the boxing world.
