He won a court case and aligned himself for a fight against ‘The Gypsy King’. With this, the Joshua vs Fury undisputed war failed to materialize. However, Fury’s US promoter, Bob Arum, is still keen on making ‘AJ’ vs ‘The Gypsy King’ happen.

Speaking to Sky Sports, he even revealed that they will probably hold this contest in the UK. Arum said, “Next time around, if it’s Joshua and Tyson Fury, first of all, where should the fight be held?”

“There’s a big argument that by that time, the pandemic is behind us, we wait until the spring and we do it in Wembley, or one of the big arenas.”

“If we wanted to do it in winter, we can do it in Cardiff [Principality Stadium], because 70,000 seats, indoor arena, or it can go to Saudi Arabia.”

The Top Rank boss is eager to stage the Joshua vs Fury war in the biggest possible manner. And for that, he’s exploring multiple venues.

But before getting lined up to face each other realistically, both ‘AJ’ and ‘The Gypsy King’ will have to get past their next opponents. The WBC champ will defend his belt against Deontay Wilder on July 24th. Whereas, Joshua will defend his multiple titles against Oleksandr Usyk on September 25th.
