Ending his school midway, Mayweather, who wanted to put food on the table, became a professional boxer at 19. Little did he know that one day it would turn him into one of the richest athletes in the world. On February 24, 1977, was born to Floyd Mayweather Sr. and Deborah Sinclair.
Mayweather’s father was a boxing trainer and a prime reason behind his entry into the sport. While most children get to cuddle up and go to school, Mayweather was a born fighter.
