Canelo Alvarez and Caleb Plant rolled out a fight worth the hype for their fans and they gave their absolute best to keep everyone glued. After an intense tussle and exchange of punches, it was Alvarez who finally made the most out of this outing to claim a gratifying T/KO win.

Alvarez and Plant had bad blood in this fight. That said, they even had a quick chat about each other’s prowess during the fight. A video of the same surfaced over the internet and many boxing personalities gave their views on the same.

Recently, lightweight star, Rolando Romero, spoke on the same while he was in a conversation with FightHype.

He said, “I’ll be honest with you. I mean, it looked like Caleb was looking for some kind of acceptance from Canelo. And Canelo just ignored him like walking apart. I mean honestly, if you’re over there talking about like ‘oh that’ oh you’re respecting each other, they’re not stuff in the middle of the fight but why you do that s*** at most after the fight.”

The duo had an extensive rivalry prior to this fight, which eventually made this contest even more intriguing. But post the fight, both Alvarez and Plant hugged each other to strike off their beef.
