YouTuber and boxing star Jake Paul has launched a fresh attack on former undisputed heavyweight champion Mike Tyson. The pair will lock horns on November 15th at the AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, for their 10-two-minute round cross-generational fight, live on Netflix. With the fight date inching close, Paul’s promotional antics have escalated.

A few months ago, ‘Iron’ Mike shared a clip of himself on social media, showcasing his speed and agility at 58. In the video, Tyson can be seen sprinting across the room with a sudden burst of energy. However, what Tyson likely didn’t expect was for the video to resurface as fodder for Paul’s latest mockery.

Earlier today, Paul reposted the clip, mimicking Tyson’s sprint in an exaggerated and sarcastic fashion while promoting his men’s hygiene brand W. With the help of W’s brand partners, UFC star Sean O’Malley, and actress Rubi Rose, Paul poked fun at Tyson’s movement, amplifying his mockery by comically emphasizing the age gap between them.

The 31-year age gap between the boxers has been a point of contention among fans, who harbor deep concerns about Tyson’s health and ability to fight at 58. This was exaggerated when Tyson suffered a medical emergency during a cross-country flight earlier this year, which resulted in the fight’s postponement from its original date in July.

However, ‘Iron’ Mike has reassured fans and experts alike, claiming he is fit and ready to fight Paul. In fact, the former undisputed heavyweight champion has gone as far as to ask fans to look out for a knockout in the very first round of their skirmish.

Mike Tyson will knock out Jake Paul but Tyson will have to do this

Despite the cards being stacked against him, Mike Tyson is confident he’ll make ‘The Problem Child’ kiss the canvas in their upcoming bout. However, he has acknowledged one challenge he may face in his endeavor to drop the social media boxer—he’ll have to stop Paul from running. “If I don’t have to catch him, you can expect a Round 1 knockout,” Tyson said, per ESPN’s Andreas Hale.

“But I may have to catch him because I anticipate this guy running from me.” He went on to suggest that he is feeling relaxed heading into the Netflix headliner, which he feels was not the case during his heyday. “When I was fighting professionally, I was too stressed out,” Tyson shared. “I never had a chance to relax or enjoy my championships… This is a moment in time when I can enjoy myself as a human being.”

It appears despite all the jokes and jabs from Jake Paul, Mike Tyson is laser-focused on one thing and one thing only—and that is to drop ‘The Problem Child’ and win his upcoming bout. But will Tyson’s killer instinct be enough? Let us know about your prediction for the fight.
