Marsellos Wilder has not had the same impact inside the boxing ring as his elder brother, the former WBC heavyweight champion Deontay Wilder has had.
The 32-year-old cruiserweight recently stepped inside the ring after a long spell of inactivity and suffered a humiliating defeat through the hands of Eric Abraham on Saturday night of 26th March in Florida.

Marsellos turned pro in 2018. This was the third loss of the former champion’s brother in his 8th battle. What was surprising about this loss was that it came against an opponent who had lost his last 9 fights. And to everyone’s surprise, the journeyman who was expected to lose turned the tables and won via split decision.
