Manny Pacquiao is in the twilight of his career and has only a few big fights left. He had previously expressed his desire to fight Errol Spence Jr and Conor McGregor. However, with this fight, it means that one of those fights against Spence Jr or McGregor may not happen.

Despite Garcia’s announcement on his social media, there is no official announcement from Pacquiao’s team or Golden Boy Promotions. So this could very well be a case of Garcia teasing the fight. Hence, fans will have to wait patiently until they make an official announcement.
