Looks like Ryan Garcia has resumed his bizarre behavior, but this time, the Victorville native has taken things offline. And Claressa Shields wants no part of it! Just the other day, VADA revealed ‘The Flash’ Garcia has tested positive for PED twice during the fight against Devin Haney last month.

While Garcia has requested an analysis of his B-Sample, scheduled for May 22, after the initial revelation, ‘The Goat’ Shields was among the first to voice their concerns, which also landed her in a back and forth with Garcia’s former rival Gervonta Davis. However, when Claressa Shields woke up yesterday, a weird proposal was waiting for her from Ryan Garcia. What’s that? Garcia wanted to make babies with Shields, who is engaged to long-time boyfriend Tony Rich!

Claressa Shields was quick with a counter-proposal

Since his fight against Haney was announced, ‘King Ry’ has linked himself with numerous women, some famous while others, relatively unknown. Yet, each instance seemed orchestrated solely for the purpose of trolling, a strategy Garcia now aims to spotlight by directing his focus toward Shields.

Turning to X, Claressa Shields shared a screen grab of her text exchange with the Victorville native—she explained, “boy oh boy! I [ran] 6 miles yesterday, [did] 100 [abb] wheel rollers, train my SCOC boxing kids… then I [woke] up to s**t like this. @RyanGarcia and all I’m doing is minding my business.”

Meanwhile, in the texts, Garcia seems to have sent the initial text, saying, “If we had a baby, the baby would be superhuman.” To this, Shields maintained her polite demeanor as she responded, “You need help Ryan,” referencing Garcia’s extensive erratic behavior online. But, of course, ‘The Flash’ wasn’t going to let up, as he continued his chain of messages.

He wrote back, “I’m just saying [though] whatever… You are a 2 time Olympic Gold medalist. I’m the best fighter to ever live.” While Garcia has taken to texting Shields now, the two weren’t on great terms just a little while back.

Shields’ challenge to Ryan Garcia

When Shields spoke out against Garcia after the adverse findings, it was Gervonta Davis who supported Garcia. This seems to have rubbed Shields the wrong way, who then got into a verbal spat with Davis. That’s when ‘King Ry’ suggested ‘The Goat’ should go out on a date with ‘Tank’ Davis, and boy, did this elicit a massive response from Shields.

Later that day, the former Olympic champion turned to X, proposing a fight against Garcia. She wrote, “Run it @RyanGarcia… You think I should date the woman beater & I think I should kick your a** for thinking that!,” as she roped in Davis’ domestic violence cases. However, it’s worth mentioning that the alleged victim, Davis’ ex has withdrawn those cases.

With doubts about Garcia’s fate in boxing looming overhead, the Victorville native seems more focused on creating some drama online rather than making a case for himself if he tests positive for PEDs one more time. What are your thoughts on Garcia’s proposal?
