Keith Thurman is all set to make a thrilling comeback this weekend. The former welterweight champ will square off with Mario Barrios, in a quest to advance for a title shot ahead. Thurman’s last fight was in 2019 and since then he’s remained out of action. That said, this fight might just help the veteran place his cards well in the stacked 147-pound division.

It was a big deal before the first bell had even rang, you could tell it was a special moment and there were multiple rounds, when that bell rang crowd still standing up, cheering, clapping and sometimes they’re clapping for you, sometimes they’re clapping for Keith, but you could just feel it.”
