‘T-Rex’ Claressa Shields has claimed all the super welterweight titles by outpointing an undefeated Marie-Eve Dicaire in their recent headlining collision. Both the women dragged it to the last bell and left everything inside the ring. However, it was seemingly a lopsided show from Shields, who outstruck her opponent thoroughly.
Although she couldn’t deliver a knockout as promised, it was still a sensational performance coming from the ‘GWOAT’. But Claressa Shields has claimed that she faced several wrongdoings in the clash, including head butt and elbow strikes. The undisputed 154 lbs champion spoke about it and put the blame on Marie-Eve Dicaire in the post-fight interview.

That’s what I really wanted, and I almost had it a couple of times but you know we got two minutes And then, we got the ref breaking up the fight abut 30 seconds when she was holding, f*** elbowing me and stuff,” said Shields.

But it would have been sweeter with a knockout on board.
