Mike Tyson may have sent a few shock waves across the boxing world with his latest revelation. The legendary boxer spoke about his union with streaming platform, Triller, and revealed he would not do any business with them in the future.

Tyson is preparing for his second exhibition bout after a successful first fight against Roy Jones Jr. The former heavyweight champion of the world gave an update on his next fight, and it may raise a few eyebrows.

‘Iron Mike’ posted a statement on his Instagram to reveal he will no longer work with Triller. The post included, “Just to be clear there is no Tyson with Triller fight. I don’t know any Triller executives personally. I don’t have a deal with Triller or any head executive representing them for the next event.”

The famous boxer then said his only association is with Legends Only League, and his next fight will be with them. Moreover, he added, he would never do another event or any business with the streaming platform. And after saying the rumors were not true, he ended with, “I am not with, or ever will be, with Triller’s fight club.”

Why is this statement from Mike Tyson surprising?

This statement from ‘Iron Mike’ showed the severity of the situation. Clearly, there has been some miscommunication between the parties that have led to this situation. However, why should this statement raise eyebrows in the sport?
