Former Love Island star turned boxer Tommy Fury was set to face former Navy seal Paul Bamba on the undercard of Floyd Mayweather vs Deji. However, the match was scrapped after Fury failed to make weight by over 6 pounds at the weigh-ins.
Fury weighed in at 181.4 pounds, over six pounds beyond the light heavyweight limit of 175 pounds. Ultimately, Bamba chose not to accept the fight with Fury under these circumstances, leaving promoter Global Titans to scramble to find a replacement.

Moreover, this event has now had another fight getting scrapped after it was announced that Harley Benn vs Faizan Anwar would not be taking place.
