Canelo Alvarez and Caleb Plant entered an electric MGM Grand Garden Arena. From the very start, it was clear who the fan favorite was. While the entire crowd chanted Canelo’s name, they booed Plant as he entered the ring and while the ring announcer introduced him.

Alvarez and Plant went 11 rounds against each other, after which Canelo secured the finish.

After going 11 rounds with ‘Sweethands’ Plant, Canelo revealed what the two spoke about after his victory as they embraced inside the ring. “We’re men at the end. He wanted to still fight me, wanted to still continue.”
