Hollywood A-lister Sylvester Stallone might be the best boxer among actors without much competition. Sly has been a part of the sport since he directed boxing’s most successful movie franchise, ‘Rocky’ which went on to become a staple among boxing fans.

However, in a recent video, Stallone was seemingly knocked out by pop star Demi Lovato. In the video, the two can be spotted in a sparring session as Lovato landed a clean right hand after she slipped Stallone’s jab. Despite many believing that the video is real, Sly revealed that it was a choreographed sequence. Stallone recently made an appearance at ‘The Late Night Show’ with Jimmy Fallon where he was shown this footage.

That shows how you can actually choreograph and fake a punch, but it takes a little bit of practice,” said Stallone.
