Former five-division world champion Floyd Mayweather Jr. is considered one of the greatest boxers of all time. Moreover, Mayweather was recently inducted into the International Boxing Hall of Fame. His induction was much anticipated and well deserved. With a record of 50-0, it’s hard not to acknowledge his contribution to the sport.

Mayweather was overcome by emotion after his induction. While accepting the honor, he said, “I done a lot in my career, but this is by far the best.”

Additionally, he also added, “I want to thank the International Boxing Hall of Fame for giving me this. This right here is going to my dad because he deserves it.”

Moreover, Muhammad Ali’s daughter Laila Ali comforted an emotional Mayweather. The occasion was obviously overwhelming, as it validated decades of hard work and dedication from the boxer. Notably, Laila Ali was also inducted into the hall of fame as a part of the modern women’s category.

However, user @MasS_APp3aL meant that while Mayweather was not ‘exciting’ enough for him, he was still one of the greatest boxers of all time.
