The former champion spoke to Fight Hub TV on YouTube and voiced his opinion. He said, “Biggest fight? Ryan Garcia. Yea, Ryan Garcia would definitely be, would definitely be a bigger fight.”
However, the former champion showed his concern over Garcia’s social media following. He clarified he doesn’t know if it’s true or not but said, “I’m just, I’m just throwing it out there. They say a lot of his followers don’t transition over to boxing.”
This showed Farmer’s skepticism about the internet sensation’s ability to draw numbers for a fight.

Garcia called out Davis after his last fight. In addition, the pair were going at it for a while on social media before ‘KingRy’ entered the ring. The young sensation has expressed his desire to shut down the ‘bully’ in Davis, and the pair were close to agreeing to a fight.

Davis had a minor bust-up with his team over his return to the ring and claimed he would not fight in 2021. However, those statements were subsequently squashed, and he is now on the look-out for a new opponent.
Therefore, a fight between the two makes complete sense for all involved. It will be a profitable bout for both parties, while fans will get to witness two of the best in the division facing off against each other in a unification battle.
