Tyson Fury and Deontay Wilder are staged for one final battle for the WBC title before they relinquish their heavyweight beef.

However, the date of the trilogy fight hasn’t been declared official yet. Although December is expected to be the last date, Bob Arum is yet to put it on paper.

That said, Eddie Hearn is desperate about putting Fury opposite interim champion Dillian Whyte, if Wilder is not willing to step up. Albeit Bob Arum’s unwillingness with the proposal, Hearn seemingly doesn’t care about it.

Speaking with IFL TV, Hearn said that Dillian Whyte has grown massively over the past few years and billed him as a legitimate threat for the top-rated heavyweights.

Eddie Hearn also believes that the WBC Heavyweight scenario should exit the halt as soon as possible. While the reporter informed about ‘Fury vs Wilder 3’ being shifted to February, Hearn expressed his frustration over the decision.

“I think that fight should be canceled. I think Dillian Whyte should be enforced immediately as the mandatory for Tyson Fury now. We have already got a deadline of the end of February. Why can’t they do the fight?”

“I know there’s a pandemic but Joshua is fighting. Now all the other major fights are going to take place. So I don’t see how that’s even an argument,” said Hearn.

The celebrity promoter also stated that he is ready to line up Fury and Whyte right now. Taking note to the massive Heavyweight bout, Hearn said, “We could do Tyson Fury vs Dillian Whyte now. It’s monstrous”, citing Saudi Arabia as a likely location.

Fury vs Wilder 3

Despite Hearn’s claims. Whyte is currently staged to defend his interim belt opposite Alexander Povetkin on August 22.

Meanwhile, Fury would primarily defend his WBC title against Wilder, before he entertains any other contender. While Anthony Joshua was potentially trying to get into the mix next, WBC has ruled out the possibilities.

World Boxing Council newly revealed that the winner of Whyte vs Povetkin would get to challenge the winner of Wilder vs Fury for the WBC Heavyweight belt. Thus, Joshua or any other men aiming the belt would have to put themselves in a line for the timing.
