Mike Tyson wants to “finish” Jake Paul‘s career “painfully”. On November 15, the 58-year-old fighter will attempt to tap into the ferociousness of ‘Iron Mike’ of the yesteryears in preparation for Jake Paul’s “wake”. However, Tyson feels a sense of foreboding whenever he has to channel the “tough guy” inside him ahead of his much-anticipated return to the squared circle against Jake Paul.

Recently, Mike Tyson made an appearance at Logan Paul’s podcast show Impaulsive. Overcoming his ulcer flare-up complication that postponed his upcoming bout which was supposed to take place on July 21, Tyson looked in high spirits at the show. Ahead of his showdown with the ‘Problem Child’, Tyson revealed to the hosts that he needed to be very careful about unleashing the gladiatorial instincts that put him in a lot of trouble in the past.

Old habits die hard!

Amidst Tyson’s

conversation with Impaulsive host Logan Paul and co-host Mike Majlak about his much-anticipated fight with Jake Paul,  ‘The Maverick’ remarked, “I think some people are excited to see that version of Mike Tyson that is the killer come out on November 15th” Responding to the comment, ‘The Baddest Man on the Planet’ wistfully said, “Hey listen, unfortunately I have to fight and be that guy. I wish I could stop that guy. That guy haunts me.”

Although Tyson needs to activate his “killer” instinct against the 27-year-old Ohio native on November 15, he is quite aware of the drawbacks of that endeavor. Recalling his past misdemeanors during the prime years of his boxing career, Tyson stated, “What I learned from experience when that tough guy Mike Tyson comes out, when it’s not necessary to come out, I’m always in handcuffs so I’m very careful when that guy comes out..every time I drink or getting ready to get in a fight I break out in handcuffs.”

Majlak then asked a follow-up question: “How do you bring him back?” To which, Tyson responded by saying, “He wants to come back every second of my life so it’s so easy for him to come back.”

Tyson revealed that he reigns in those primal instincts by being a loving and caring family man. “Love my children, love my family, to basically get rid of that guy,” he stated.

‘Iron Mike’ has his fight mode switched on, and is keeping himself away from any self-destructive habits. What’s more, he has even relinquished one of his favorite drugs of choice -cannabis! However, there is one psychoactive substance he wants to consume before he gets into the ring with Jake Paul.

A date with God!

A 58-year-old Mike Tyson, with his prime years behind him, will need something more apart from the usual hard-core training in the gym. A divine intervention perhaps? The former Heavyweight champion, who has been quite vocal about his use of psychedelic drugs in the past, will be taking 5-MeO-DMT – a drug also known as ‘The Toad’ ahead of his eight-round heavyweight professional bout against Jake Paul. Notably, the last time Tyson professionally fought was in 2005 against Kevin Mcbride.

Tyson hopes to have “a conversation with ‘God” before entering the ring once again. In his interview with Esquire Magazine, he revealed that he did psychedelics “close to hundred times now”, and wishes to have a “deep” spiritual experience before he lays down the gauntlet on the former Disney star.

Will 58-year-old Mike Tyson be able to beat 27-year-old Jake Paul? Will Tyson’s divine experience help him in any way in his upcoming bout? Let us know in the comment section below.
