“That’s a Fight for Boxing” – Gervonta Davis on Manny Pacquiao vs Errol Spence Jr.

There are many eye-catchy boxing bouts aligned for 2021. And the Manny Pacquiao vs Errol Spence Jr. contest is one such prolific encounter on the list. Ever since its announcement, this fight has sent shock waves in the entire fight world and has unquestionably sent the fans into a frenzy.

One such fighter who’s hooked in for this clash is the sturdy young gun, Gervonta Davis. In a recent chat with FightHype.com, ‘Tank’ unveiled his notions on this fight. He said, “Oh, great great! I think great fight. That’s a fight for boxing. I think that’s great.” 

When asked about who he will pick as a favorite between Pacquiao and Spence Jr., he said, “You know I’m going with Errol, but it’s a great fight, I know that for sure.”

The veteran Pacquiao didn’t compete for the whole of 2020. Earlier, he was also set to battle the WBO welterweight champ, Terence Crawford, but that contest abruptly fell through.

Moving further, the only viable option left for ‘Pacman’ was the WBC and IBF welterweight king, Errol Spence Jr. That said, this fight is now finally on and both the boxers have kicked off their preparations in order to give their absolute best for this clash.

This fight is highly important for both fighters as it will undoubtedly help them cement their supremacy at this stacked weight class.
