No one would expect such an outing on his boxing debut. However, it did happen. Nick Young, who is not a typical boxer, had one of the most embarrassing moments in the ring. He lost to his opponent Malcolm Minikon when he lost his balance with the hit, in such a way that he went stumbling out of the ropes.

Before him, several NBA players laced gloves on the night, but none of them suffered such embarrassment. A clip of him getting knocked out circulated on social media and caught the attention of fans.

The recent card that aired on FITE.tv promoted by the main event between AnEsonGib vs Austin McBroom was packed with so-called fighters from the NFL, NBA, and social media.

Along with the main event and co-main event, the card featured a very interesting bout between former basketball player Nick “Swaggy P” Young and celebrity Videographer Malcolm Minikon. Considering that they were not coming out with the skills of elite boxers, fans were still expecting a good contest. Unfortunately, Young even failed to match that.

Before Minikon, he was set to face Blueface. However, the latter could not make it to the bout because he couldn’t get a boxing license. This gave Minikon an opportunity to fight Young. He exploited it well and sent Young out of the ring in the 4th round.

How did fans react to Nick Young getting knocked out?

A fan wrote, “No way did he just flopped in the boxing match lol.”

Another fan made a hilarious remark in the form of a question. He wrote, “Who would have ever thought Nick Young can’t fight.”
