WBC heavyweight champion Tyson Fury has had a rocky rivalry with his countryman and former champion Anthony Joshua. Despite the two being the best heavyweight boxers in the world and hailing from the same country, the two have never met in the ring. However, this does not mean that they didn’t have any animosity toward each other, especially Fury who often took shots at ‘AJ’.

This year the two were very close to seeing each other in the ring but the fight never materialized. Even then, ‘The Gypsy King’ would constantly batter Joshua on social media and also did a hilarious comparison of their bodies.

A recently resurfaced photo of Fury’s Instagram story showed a photo of the two alongside each other. The photo perfectly displayed the difference in their body shape with Joshua being far more muscular and Fury looking bloated. However, their diets were described under the photo with ‘AJ’ having healthy options including yams eggs, and protein shakes. Fury’s diet on the other hand consisted of 14 pints of beer after which he claimed to have beaten the best heavyweights in the world.

This was clearly a shot at Joshua’s skill as a boxer with Fury trying to undermine his talents. According to Fury Joshua has always been a ‘bodybuilder’ with little boxing skills, while he was the polar opposite. This was not all as the fabs were also quick to jump in on this hilarious comparison.

However, one fan thought it was disgusting that Fury drank Foster’s Beer and asked him whether he couldn’t have found a better choice.

A fan also stated that Fury was not a conventional heavyweight boxer by any standard.

Lastly, one fan claimed that despite Fury talking a lot of trash, he was a gifted boxer without a doubt.

The fans seemed to have enjoyed Fury’s efforts of trolling his rival. Moreover, this might be the only thing Fury is better at than boxing as he looks to cement his legacy as an all-time great.

Although the rivalry between the two British heavyweights could never materialize into a fight, it will be remembered for all the drama and hilarious moments it has given to boxing fans.
