The IBHOF Elector, Rick Glaser, Blasts a Fan for Spreading Rumors Involving His Wife Amid Recent Controversy

Recently, a renowned boxing promoter, Cameron Dunkin, unfortunately, passed away at the age of 67. The boxing world including Rick Gasler came out to mourn the loss of the boxing great. However, amid all this, Glaser, who is a boxing promoter and the IBHOF Elector finds himself at the center of a controversy, where he took to X and made a questionable tweet. In his tweet, he stated that there is no need to pay homage to the late promoter and considered it “Good Riddance.”

His comments did not sit well with the boxing world and were subject to criticism. Amidst this debacle, there has been a rumor about him that has spread involving his wife. Witnessing this, Glaser responded with a stern warning. Find out all that went down.

In a recent tweet made by El Pacho on X, the user, who appears to be a troll, claimed that Rick Glaser is having a split with his wife. In addition to this claim, he asserts that his wife, Sonya, will be moving away with the president of Showtime, Stephen Espinoza. This tweet caught the attention of Rick Glaser, and he was quick to make his response.

He demanded the user delete the tweet or else he would be banned from X, as Gasler wrote, “Take that lying tweet down or you will be suspended by Twitter/X!!! Your choice Jack Off!!!” 

As of now, there are no credible sources to suggest that his wife is going to divorce him. However, it bears mention that there is a reason why the user mentioned Stephen Espinoza in his rumor.

The nexus between Glaser and Espinoza

The user wanted to offend Rick Glaser by mentioning Espinoza in such a light that Glaser and the Showtime president do not get along too well. However, in the past, Glaser has openly called out and insulted him. In a tweet made in September, he referred to Espinoza as, “Putz,” while pointing out a flaw in his statement.

Rick Glaser wrote, “We,” says #StephenEspinoza, but #Showtime doesn’t get a piece of the gate, Espinoza is talking as if he’s a PBC Executive instead of a #Showtime Executive!!! @Showtime it’s incredible that Espinoza would be talking like that, big mistake!!! Espinoza is a Putz!!!”
