Mike Tyson is back on our television screens as he aims to make regular appearances to remind fans of his massive boxing return. One such television appearance came on a TV show that UFC President Dana White booked to ensure the boxer doesn’t step back inside the ring! Now, ‘The Baddest Man on the Planet’ opened up on his tryst with the sharks on the show.

He said, “Listen, I don’t know how they did this. The money wasn’t really that great and stuff, you know? I’m sorry shark world, them guys underpaid me and they had me out there.”

INTENSE: Mike Tyson Goes Deep Into Bahama Waters With Sharks

During ‘Shark Week,’ Tyson was within the confines of a cage for round one as the ocean’s predators circled. Subsequently, in round two, the organizers had Tyson enter the Atlantic ocean without a cage, and finally, he had to catch a shark and put it to sleep.

The boxer described the experience as interesting and said, “I was there and it was really interesting man. It was really interesting, I mean how did these guys get me in the air.”

Tyson jokingly spoke about Dana White, who got him the show. However, the UFC President had aims which ‘Iron Mike’ could not understand. He burst out with laughter as he said, “He was doing me a favor. I don’t want Mike to fight, let’s have Mike do a couple of gigs with these guys.”

Hence, Mike Tyson felt that Dana White had his interests at heart and did all he could to keep him from taking a beating in the ring. He said, “And I’m saying ‘thanks a lot Dana, you really like me’. Dana really likes me, Dana really cares about me. He says, ‘forget the fight, I wanna see Mike go f**k with them sharks’.”
