Tyson Fury is without a doubt the best heavyweight of the modern era, who’s loved by fans, purists, and celebrities across different verticals. Fury inspires many and one of his many fans is the Game of Thrones, star Hafthor Bjornsson.

The Icelandic strongman has praised Fury frequently, and he recently expressed his wish to join ‘The Gypsy King’s training camp.

Speaking to Behind the Gloves, he said, “Absolutely, yeah, absolutely yeah. I would yeah, I mean it would be silly not to. He’s the champ, he’s the best. If I can have the opportunity to learn from the best, I’m going to take that.”

Bjornsson, a few days back, met the WBC heavyweight king. In this meet, Fury warned the big man about the negative effects of having too much muscle mass in boxing. Bjornsson, like a true disciple, listened to Fury’s comments, and he only seemed open to working on Fury’s suggestions.

‘The Mountain’ took up an exhibition fight against Devon Larratt a few months back, bagging an easy win. However, his ultimate focus is on booking a fight with Eddie Hall, which eventually is regarded as the ‘heaviest’ boxing match in history.
