In a short time frame, ‘Pacman’ manages to swiftly move inside the ring with the help of his muscular legs. But how does he manage to keep the pillars of his body so strong?

Recently, FightHype released a training video of The Filippino Senator wherein he’s seen doing open workouts for his upcoming fight with Errol Spence Jr.

In this video, the 42-year-old is extensively seen hitting his legs with some rugged regimes. Firstly, he warmed up his legs and set a tone for himself. Later, the veteran grabbed the weighted ball and, began throwing it in the air, he also did some quick squats.

Post that, Pacquiao went to begin a few drills by using some primal fitness equipment. With this, he abruptly hit his calves and warmed up to the same. He continued these drills for a while and then again hit off with the weighted ball.

‘Pacman’, over the past few weeks has been crossing boundaries with his workout regimes. He doesn’t wish to leave any stones unturned in his preparations for the Spence Jr. fight. And accordingly, he’s putting in the work to come out victorious.
