Fighting with a broken jaw

Top Rank Boxing posted a video of one of the most iconic Valdez matches. The video dates back to 2018 when Oscar Valdez fought Scott Quigg in a title fight. It is safe to say that the fight is one of the best fights of Valdez’s career and an accurate depiction of his fighting spirit and never-back-down attitude.

In the fight, both boxers go hard at each other and show a willingness to inflict considerable damage on each other. Valdez had his jaw broken in the fifth round and was spitting blood. With his blood on the canvas, the Mexican did not stop the fight and continued fighting against Quigg.

The fight was not an easy walk for the British boxer. He experienced a lot of damage, including a broken nose, swelling, cuts, and black eyes. It is safe to say that the fight was worthwhile for the fans to watch. Valdez was accused of using banned substances in the past, but the former champ cleared his name from such accusations.
