Shakur Stevenson has become a household name in boxing. Being one of the most versatile boxers in the sport, he has held world titles in two different weight classes. Undoubtedly, the 25-year-old is one of the best boxers, and he isn’t one to back down from new challenges after dominating two weight divisions. In the video, Stevenson is seen sparring with a heavyweight professional boxer and the size difference between the two is fairly noticeable. But, despite the difference in size, Stevenson isn’t backing down in front of a big opponent. And this video has left the fans in awe of the former champ.

The video was posted on Twitter by Boxing n BBQ. At the beginning of the video, Steveson seems to be the one putting pressure on his sparring partner. The duo stays calm, keeping their eyes on each other and not giving the other person space to launch an attack.

The 25-year-old is able to slip a jab from the heavyweight. And, as soon as he found an opening, he wasted no time and landed a 1-2 combo on his sparring partner, forcing him to retreat back. It is worth noticing that even though the two have a significant size and weight difference, Stevenson is able to make his opponent fall back and evade him with his speed and caliber.

The heavyweight in the video is Jared Anderson, who won NABF junior heavyweight title in 2021. This video resurfaced ahead of Stevenson’s debut as a lightweight professional boxer. He is determined to make an impact in the lightweight division, with Bob Arum proving to be his biggest supporter. The world is excited to witness Stevenson as a lightweight boxer.
