He’s none other than Mike Tyson.

Now, Iron Mike is training and preparing Ngannou for his forthcoming fight against Fury. Moreover, he’s training Ngannou in the peek-a-boo style of boxing. Additionally, Mike himself has mastered this style. In a recent episode of Kid Dynamite’s podcast “Hotboxin’ with Mike Tyson,  the former UFC heavyweight star was invited. They discussed varying topics, and a recent clip is making the rounds on the internet. This clip shows Mike breaking the ice regarding Ngannou’s power.

Mike Tyson, the heavyweight legend, has taken on the role of training Francis Ngannou for his fight against the ‘Gypsy King’. Tyson believes that Ngannou’s aptitude and potential are promising. In the podcast when DJ Whoo Kid asked Mike about Ngannou’s power, ‘The Baddest Man on the Planet’ had a startling answer. Mike unraveled his opinion saying, “Viewing the people he hit, he hit very hard matter of fact you can’t even ask them I think they’re still knocked out.”

Furthermore, Tyson doesn’t shy away from appreciating Francis. In an interview with First Take, Tyson appreciated Ngannou’s aptitude and told how he sees a bright future for him. Moreover, he also emphasized that Ngannou’s power should not be underestimated, and the fight will be tougher than anyone thinks.

Next, in another interview, Mike mentioned how Ngannou isn’t a combat novice and holds his stance as the world champion. Then Mike stuck to his viewpoint saying, “The key will be combining his energy and combat skills into his punches and using his agility to move swiftly around the ring then delivering the knock-out blow. We’re here to win.”

In Ngannou’s last bout, he defended his UFC title against Ciryl Gane last year. Moreover, Ngannou is taking this fight with Fury very seriously. Additionally, in an interview with Sky Sports, Francis mentioned how just elucidating about his power could be a great mistake. Further, he remained optimistic about the outcome of the match. Ngannou said, “We are going to shock the world and show the skillset, showcase the work we have been doing behind the scenes.”
