Boxing is one of the most loved sports on the planet, and there are umpteen stars who took this sport to sky heights. Among those stars, there are modern-day female boxing stalwarts like Katie Taylor, Claressa Shields, Amanda Serrano, and more who have contributed immensely to spreading the roots of ‘Sweet Science’. Yet, there’s not a lot of credit given to these ladies for the efforts they put in.

Recently, Showtime released a documentary, wherein Amanda Serrano unveiled the struggles of a female boxer.

She said, “This is hard man, this sport, for us, girls is a lot harder because we have so much to prove.”

“You know, it’s so funny that it takes a kid. I call him a kid because he’s a baby still, like Jake Paul, to see that girls, we’re fighting for the same thing.”

“I’m gonna put on a show where people are gonna be like that girl is. She’s the truth, she’s ‘The Real Deal.'”

Serrano has a fight on the cards for this weekend. She will square off with Miriam Gutierrez on the Paul vs Woodley 2 card. ‘The Real Deal’ has credited Jake Paul for the efforts he’s taken to give that center stage to her.

Serrano even signed with Paul’s Most Valuable Promotions this year and since then, Jake Paul has only looked to set ‘The Real Deal’ for some high-voltage fights.

Paul is a bigwig boxing sensation who’s grown tremendously in the past 13 months. That said, he is eager to spread his roots in the fight world, and for that; he came up with his own promotions company.

For a long time now, Jake Paul has addressed the concern for a fair pay for fighters. And he’s only looking to get the best paycheck for Serrano for the efforts she puts in across all of her fights.

With this, it’s safe to admit this collaboration will work wonders for Serrano if it goes the same way.
